Cover Letter & Resume
Prior to the stated closing date for the position, send a cover
letter of interest and resume indicating which position you are
applying for. Resumes must be postmarked no later than the closing
date to be considered. After the closing date, resumes will be made
available to the hiring supervisor, where they will be reviewed and
interviews arranged.
NOTE: Resumes received beyond the closing date
will be kept on file for six months. They may be considered if a job
posting is re-opened or for consideration as other postings emerge.
Potential Positions
If you are interested in applying for a potential position,
send a cover letter of interest and resumes indicating the position
you are interested in. The Human Resources Office will maintain the
resume on file for a period of six months.
